ศูนย์กลางการให้คำปรึกษา ตรวจรับ และพิจารณาโครงการวิจัย เพื่อให้การดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นไปตามหลักจริยธรรมและมาตรฐานสากล
มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพมีพันธกิจสำคัญในการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานวิจัยเพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่และนวัตกรรม ทั้งนี้ งานวิจัยบางประเภทเป็นงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมนุษย์ ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยงหรือเหตุไม่พึงประสงค์ต่อผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัย อันไม่สามารถคาดการณ์ได้ล่วงหน้า ดังนั้น นักวิจัยจึงมีหน้าที่ต้องเคารพศักดิ์ศรี ความเป็นมนุษย์ และสิทธิของผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัย โดยต้องดำเนินการขอความยินยอมโดยสมัครใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยภายหลังจากได้รับข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเพียงพอ ให้การดูแลและคุ้มครองผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยอย่างเหมาะสม และดำเนินมาตรการเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและอันตรายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นให้อยู่ในระดับต่ำที่สุด การปฏิบัติตามหลักการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อคุ้มครองสิทธิ ความปลอดภัย และความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัย รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นของสาธารณชนว่างานวิจัยภายใต้มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพเป็นไปตามหลักจริยธรรม มาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล

We support, review, and oversee research proposals to ensure that all research is conducted ethically and in accordance with professional and international standards.
Payap University has a fundamental mission to promote and support research activities that generate new knowledge and innovation. Certain types of research involve human participants and may entail risks or unforeseen adverse events that cannot be fully anticipated in advance. Therefore, researchers are required to respect the dignity, humanity, and rights of research participants by obtaining voluntary informed consent after providing accurate, complete, and sufficient information, ensuring appropriate care and protection, and implementing measures to minimize potential risks and harms to the lowest possible level.
Adherence to these principles is intended to protect the rights, safety, and well-being of research participants and to enhance public confidence that research conducted under Payap University is carried out in accordance with ethical principles, relevant regulations, and internationally accepted standards.
