          1. Research Project Submission Process for Ethical Review<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Preparation of Documents and Forms\u00a0\u00a0Visit the\u00a0Forms for Researchers<\/em>\u00a0section, starting with\u00a0Form AF 01-05\u00a0<\/a>.\u00a0 This form will inform the researcher of the required documents and forms to be submitted.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Submit the documents to the Office of the Research Ethics Committee.\u00a0The office is located on the 2nd Floor, Central Library Building.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. The Office conducts an initial screening of the submitted documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Review by the Research Ethics Committee<\/span>\n
              \n
            1. If revisions are required:\u00a0The researcher must revise the documents within the time-frame specified in the\u00a0notification received. If the deadline cannot be met, the researcher may submit a\u00a0formal request to the Office for an extension.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. If no revisions are required:\u00a0The researcher may proceed with payment of the review fee and wait to receive the\u00a0certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            3. Revision Based on the Committee\u2019s Comments (if applicable)<\/span>\n

              1. The researcher revises the documents in accordance with the Committee\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0comments and submits the revised<\/span>
                \ndocuments to the Office of the Research Ethics\u00a0Committee.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. The researcher waits for confirmation of the final approved version.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              3. Once the project is approved and the review fee has been paid, the researcher will receive the certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                2. Submission of Revised Research Projects for Ethical Review<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                1. The Office of the Research Ethics Committee will send the review results and the Committee\u2019s comments to the researcher for use as guidance in revising the research project documents (please refer to the forms for researchers for submission of the research project after revision\u00a0Form AF 01-09\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0and\/or\u00a0Form AF 01-10\u00a0<\/a>).<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Prepare and submit documents. The researcher revises the research project documents in accordance with the Committee\u2019s comments, completes all relevant forms, and submits the documents to the Office of the Research Ethics Committee.<\/span><\/li>\n
